About appointent and payment
Please note that your appointment is not finalized until the payment is confirmed. Please consider the time you need to make a payment and exchange emails when you book a session.
Please also note that the payment, once made, is non-refundable. However, if you cancel your sesesion with more than 48 hours notice, the fee can be applied to your next session. If you cancel your session with less than 48 to 24 hours notice, half of your session fee can be applied toward your next session. Please see the cancellation policy below.
Please write “session enquiry’ or “session request”in the email’s subject box when you contact me. This keeps your email from being treated as spam. I normally answer emails within two days. If three days pass, and you have not heard from me, please be patient and try again. It’s possible that the Internet provider failed to deliver either your email or mine.
Emergency situations
Phone sessions are not recommended if you are suffering from an accute symptoms, such as sudden and extreme physical symptoms, suicidal thoughts, and severe mental disorientation. Please contact the emergency number, physicians, your family doctors, local counseling agencies or hotlines of your area.
My services are not suitable when you are experiencing acute distress or when you recognize that you are in danger of hurting yourself and/or others. In such instances, please call an emergency number, head for a nearest hospital with A&E (Accident & Emergency) facility, or contact your GP, family doctor, or your family member as soon as possible.

Please note that cancelled sessions, including your initial session, with less than 48 hour notice or missed sessions are charged as follows, unless it involves circumstances that we both agree are an emergency:
*cancelled with less than 48 to 24 hours notice; half of session fee
*cancelled with less than 24 hr notice or missed session: in full
